Welcome to Walter Tours. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services and the management of your tourism reservations in Colombia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our services or obtaining information through waltertours.com, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment Process

• Reservations are confirmed once the agreed partial or full payment has been received.
• We accept bank transfers, payments via WhatsApp, and other electronic means arranged for the client.
• Any change in the reservation must be requested in advance and will be subject to availability and possible additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to penalties based on the notice period provided:

• More than 30 days notice: Partial refund (deducting administrative expenses).
• Between 15 and 29 days notice: Penalty of 30% of the contracted service.
• Less than 15 days or No-show: No refund applies.

4. Responsibilities

Walter Tours acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, local guides, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or unforeseen events resulting from:

• Mechanical, weather, or public order issues.
• Loss of baggage or personal belongings.
• Failure by the user to comply with safety rules.

5. Protection of Minors

In accordance with Law 679 of 2001, Walter Tours warns that the exploitation, abuse, and sexual commerce with minors are sanctioned criminally and administratively according to Colombian laws.

6. Jurisdiction

Any controversy will be governed by Colombian laws and resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction of Pitalito, Huila.
